FREGA MOBILE

Paddy spoke a bit about the Frega Mobile functionality last week and mentioned that we had been busy specking Phase 1 of the Mobile App.
We have completed the Specifications for Phase 1 and are now in discussion with the Mobile developers.
There are a few details that still need to be ironed out but that is all part of the process.
One of the conditions to receive the $ will be that you have to download the App, So from a timing perspective it was important for us to get this ready to go.

The App will be downloaded from the Apple/Google Play Stores . We Will offer a Login and Register option with Number/Pin and email , but we won’t know who these people are so if they are not linked they will become part of the Realstew Purchase Numbers that we will onsell for 3 x the last months earnings.

If you do send someone to the App store , make sure they are linked 1st, because once they link via the App store we cannot move the link.
In Phase 1 we are wanting to establish an always connected relationship with the member whereby we can start sending $ to them.

There are 3 principal areas of functionality to come out of Phase 1

1:Will be the ability to do everything on the App that you can currently do on Frega on the Web

Make a payment

Request a payment

Transfer funds

Deposit funds

Forex Transfer

And

Access all your Statements

2: The minute you open the App, you will see how much $ has come in since the last time you logged in, along with Your Total Balance and your Derivative Balance.

3: We need to know the Gps location of the Member and have the ability to direct profiled ads in 20 seconds intervals , this is a very important component of the Echovida functionality.
By knowing where Customers are in relation to the store we can then start sending them profiled targeted Ads and this could be say in the case of a merchant who is having a quiet day, they can launch a special on Echovida and push it out via Something2Trade or POS, and we will then send them out to Members who are in within a 1 km radius to their store .
These can be existing Customers or perspective Customers that are not yet in the Merchants database.

Profiled ads will be geographically correct and the Alerts will be topical so there will be continuous opportunities to promote flash sales.
For example a Member could be walking past a key cutting store and receive an alert to say the store is having a 2 keys cut for the price of one promotion.
Endless possibilities here…

On the Echovida Map the Merchant will see a lot of dots moving around. The blue dots are the ones that are already in the Merchants contact book and red dots are the Frega Mobile Members that are not in their contact book and these are prospective Customers that the Merchant can do business with. For privacy reasons we will not say who the red/blue dots are unless they are businesses that want to be disclosed .

As more people start downloading the App, it will add dots to the map, giving us more people to deliver ads to and we will use every opportunity we can to advise people that the functionality will reward them financially.

Members will be able to turn off the GPS and Ads functionality and we will keep depositing funds into their Account. We will send them an alert after a few months to tell them that there is money in their Account and once they switch the functionality back on again they can have access to the $. .If they keep turning it off and on it will get the point that we will advise them that if they continue to do this they will no longer be able to access the $ ( This will be clearly stated in the terms and Conditions).

It will also be clearly stated in the Terms and Conditions that the turning off of the Adds functionality will result in a 50 % loss of income and turning off the GPS functionality will result in a further 50 % loss of income.

Stores that have WIFI who are with Frega where possible will offer Frega members free WIFI as they enter the store.
The minute they accept the free WIFI their contact details will be put into the contact book of the business. ( This will be clearly stated in the Terms and Conditions )

Phase 2,3,4 will follow in quick succession .

FREGA RATING

We have another 4 actions that can be done to increase Frega rating.

You have subscribed to The Plan and increased your contributing numbers to 2640 (For People that have joined the plan it will be automatic)( We have since hidden this as an option as we picked up a few issues with the Plan so will be conducting further tests next week and when we are happy with the functionality we will turn this back on ).

You have included in your profile at least one contact telephone number.

You have not logged in every day this past week. (This will start 7 days from now and will be automatic) We will look at changing the functionality to not only recognize when you have logged in, but to also recognize when you navigate the site without having to Login and Logout daily.

You have not invested in a RealP2P Syndication Unit.

We will be monitoring and reviewing the steps as we go.Thanks to everyone who has given their feedback ?

NB:Some of the Frega rating tasks that have been completed had been done by people who had completed the actions before we completed the coding so we need to revisit the code and roll back to see who has done what before we completed the coding and account for it- Scheduled to work on this next week.

ENCRYPTION

We have been working on the Security criteria and encryption for making payments in preperation for Paddys meeting with the Financial Control Authority on the 21st September.

SOMETHING2TRADE

We will be showing a lot of functionality on Something2Trade next week in preperation for our meeting with the Financial Control Authority and some of the functionality may not be connected by this time but we do need it for display purposes for our meeting. The backend functionality will follow in another week to two weeks following the meeting.

BUGS

Frega Rating- Activate Account Tab was going through to the wrong landing page. This has now been addressed.

It would be great to highlight the statements like If you turn off your GPS or ads you will.......

The way it works to be licensed is we are given a list of what we have to do/have in place for the regulatory authorities to give their stamp of approval with these divided into different categories but broadly speaking:

- Legal (KYC/AML/ Data protection)
- Financial (Capital base/ robust accounting systems/clearing house facilities)
- Technical (stability/disaster recovery/ server providers)
- Business plan viability (Prove we have viable business/ products/ profitable future)
- Good and proper character (Experience of executive team)

We will get the list (term sheet) from Compliancy Services and work through the list - it depends entirely on us as to how long we are able to meet what is required - it does not stop us moving forward, running our business we just have to stay within the law as to how we run the business so as to not breach the final granting of the license - there will be restrictions but working with clearing houses we can piggyback off their licenses in certain scenarios

This can be a drawn out or fast process depending on how long it takes to put the Executive Team in place (for example). etc

The actual coding has not started yet but what we have done is all the stored procedures which means that the coding is limited to the 'wireframe' user interface, which is not difficult and relatively quick to do meaning that the backend data and logic is done and it is more how we show the result on the device

This week we have been working on the Product Listings, Wishlist,Shopping Basket and are hoping to get the basic functionality up next week.

FREGA RATING

We have picked up an Issue with the Frega rating when logging directly into on www.frega.co.uk which is still yet to be addressed. You can still access your Frega rating by logging into www.echovida.com and tabbing to Frega from there.

FREGA MOBILE

We are in ongoing discussions with the Mobile developers and will have more to report on this next week.

COMPLIANCE SERVICES

Paddy's meeting with Compliance services went well this week.
