TECHNICAL UPDATE AND PROGRESS REPORT 28/10/2017


ECHOVIDA

We are currently moving the Echovida Merchant Profile ( Step 1) and Payment Gateway ( Step 2) over to Something2Trade.
In the meantime those 2 links on Echovida will take you over to Something2Trade.

We are doing this is to centralise all Merchant/Business registrations on S2T and from here manage all the marketing channels.


FAQS and URL CLEANUP

We are confident we have cleaned up the suggested wording changes on the Urls and that 99 % of the FAQ's have been updated.

We still have some FAQ's to add to Frega Global.

Maintaining the FAQ's is going to be a continuous process of editing and updating as the platform evolves.

This will be the last time we will be referring to the FAQ's as part of the weekly update so if you do find any that we have missed. Please keep it in mind let us know.

Please also let us know if you come across any typos on any of the sites that we may have missed.

KYC

As we have mentioned previously we are required to have a robust KYC ( Know your Customer ) system in place as a part of our eMoney licence application.

As a part of the onboarding process we have been taking a closer look at Zoom. Annamarie has taken the initiative in regards to Zoom and she has been doing a fabulous job. Thank you Annamarie!

Also in regards to the KYC process, the UK Guidance states that identity would typically include full name, address and date of birth. However, neither the Directive, nor the UK Money Laundering Regulations (MLRs) defines exactly what identity is. It could be possible to adopt an SDD strategy where, providing no other money laundering/terrorist financing risk indicators are present, a non-traditional approach to identity checking can be adopted.

For entities regulated under AML ( This is where we fit in ) where stricter standards are mandated, Social KYC can be used as part of a wider compliance and risk strategy.

Facebook is now asking for proof of ID on some Accounts .

Anyone that has set up an Account that Facebook has reason to suspect is not a legitimate/person/entity will now need to provide proof of identity.
What types of ID does Facebook accept?

If you need to confirm your name on Facebook, or if you have lost access to your Account, you may be asked to send FB a copy of something with your name on it. You have several different options for this, including photo IDs issued by the government, IDs from non-government organizations, official certificates or licenses that include your name or other physical items like a magazine subscription or a piece of mail.

Group One
You can send FB one of the items from group one to confirm your name or get back into your Account. Anything that you send FB should contain either your name and date of birth or your name and photo.

Passport
Marriage certificate
Official name change paperwork
Personal or vehicle insurance card
Non-driver's government ID (ex: disability, SNAP card, national ID card, pension card)
Green card, residence permit or immigration papers
Tribal identification or status card

Tax identification card

Group Two

If you don't have anything from group one, you can send us two different items from group two. The name on the items that you send FB should be the same name that you want to show on your profile.

Keep in mind that if you have lost access to your account, you may be asked to provide something from the list that also shows a photo or date of birth that matches the details on your Facebook account. This extra precaution is so that they can make sure that the only one with access to your account is you.

With the fact that the Social KYC process can be used as part of a wider compliance and risk strategy and our plans to include Social KYC as a part of our KYC onboarding process, with the big Social Platforms falling into line at the same time, this is going to make our task of onboarding using Social KYC much easier.

FREGA MOBILE

We have nothing to report at this stage on the development here.
In the meantime as we have mentioned previously we are building the stored procedures and web services so that when we do focus more resources on Frega Mobile we will be ready to release updates relatively quickly.

FREGA RATING

We will be revisiting the Frega Rating over the coming weeks. Any changes/additions to the positive/negative actions will be posted on the Technical Update UserGroup as and when they happen.


SOMETHING2TRADE

Steve has asked me to give you his apologies and to pass onto you that they Dev team have been working on the majority of the time on

. Listing the product and Product Management

They have also been working on the S2T Store and have:

. Updated the Store Social media links to point to the Merchants site.

. Worked to Display the Store name and link to Store on the search results for S2T listings

. Worked to Display logo, name, link to Store on item, full view display.

. Fixed the thumbnail problem with the advert display

Sharing our revenue alone separates us from any other program on the Planet with the way we have programmed it ..... if I should so boldly say ... We have created a monster with so many wheels in a compound train that is just starting to tick ... and thats how we want it for testing how robust we are and ironing out bugs ... so we have a 110% a physical and business entity ready for huge influxes of people.

We are so lucky to have awesome support teams with special people all over the world... you all know who you are :) >>>>>Global support team , Programmers and designers. All the people making promo material and running Training sessions and videos WOW great initiative .... and of course Paddy and Mandy for starting a little chat site so they could speak to Family and friends back home ... All this in little ole New Zealand in a Titirangi garage all those years ago along with some people that are still here now ....proving persistence and dedication will get you anywhere.. What a Book that will be to write !!! :)


Thank you Steve. We are going to be a force to be reckoned with when we are underway. we have a strong support team and members who are helping with their individual talents. Our programmers are amazing and we are so lucky you joined us as a programmer. In fact we are lucky to have such a high calibre admin team tpp. Most of all we are lucky that Mandy and Paddy were led to begin this mammoth task. Upwards and Onwards.

Thank you anita for the updates. We can see how much work is going on behind the scenes and it's awesome to see how much closer we are getting to meeting all the compliances making RS rock solid and working within laws and guidelines. A massive job but it's coming together with each hurdle being overcome.
