No not possible, as soon as the enquiry is made the enquirer is either prompted to login and or register and the 10 pennies is charged to the seller when the invoice ( or in this case the email ) is sent

No there is no success fee on an enquiry item, the Seller pays the 10 pennies for the successful enquiry and this is what is then shared.
Apologies the form i was reading from as i realised soon into the presentation was the draught, but it was too late to switch and yes it is 1 million for the Tech Team which is plenty to be shared around :)

Frega Crypto Statements
The Frega Crypto Statements are up now

These will be populated as soon as we have finished Phase 1 POS

Placement of FregaCrypto units
1. For every NZ$2-00 invested in RealCoin units = 1 FregaCrypto Unit.
2. For every NZ$2-00 invested in Frega shares until the total of 400 000 shares (8% of the issued share of Frega Limited) have been placed = 1 FregaCrypto Unit.
3. For every NZ$2-00 invested in any syndicated Units up to and included Midnight UK time on Sunday 4th February = 1 FregaCrypto Unit.
4. Subscription to The Plan = 25 FregaCrypto Units (limited to 40 000 Plan subscriptions)
5. 5 FregaCrypto Units for every Number update on The Plan (limited to the first 200 000 updates).
6. For every donated event (one or more item given away on the same occasion) where a cash donation has been paid = ½ FregaCrypto to the Donor and ½ FregaCrypto to the Donee since the time we started (back dated) limited to a maximum of 1 million donated events.
7. Mirroring each of the Placements of 1 – 3, a further 2 x FregaCrypto Units will be credited and then debited and transferred to Frega Admin (note: these FregaCrypto Units now registered in name of Frega are issued to Frega by the collective, in terms of the social contract – to be placed by Frega to raise funds that will be used to enhance/code the Platform = effectively Frega’s ICO units).
8. The balance of the FregaCrypto Units (up to a maximum of 21-million) to be distributed as a mirrored distribution from mid-February (when coded) of ALL distributed subscriptions/transaction fees with a base value of £1-00 per FregaCrypto Units. This placement value increasing once the Market value (based on recorded trades) or projected value based on yield of 1% exceeds £1-00 whereupon this will be the mirror placement value of the FregaCrypto Units.
9. 1 million Units to be distributed to the Technical Team.

Underpin of FregaCrypto Unit

1. 30% of all Ledger fees – as received distributed pari passu to FregaCrypto holdings as number in issue (until 21-million).
2. 20% of all White labelled token issue as ratio of 21 million in issue.

RealP2PCrypto Units Placement

1. 4.2 million to be distributed pari passu to the number of FregaCrypto Units anyone has of a ratio of 21-million and as Units are issued the reserved Units issued in parallel.
2. Every investment of $1-00 in RealP2P syndicate to receive 20 RealP2PCrypto Units.
3. A further 20 Units to be credited and then immediately debited on the RealP2P syndicate RealP2PCrypto Accounts and transferred to Frega Admin (As ICO Units with any sale of Units applied to enhance the RealP2P functionality and actively promote the service).
4. The balance of 14.6 million Units to mirror any money received as cash donations from S2T donated items and to be distributed as money is distributed.

Underpin of RealP2PCrypto Units

• 20% of all money received as donations for free Units – as received distributed pari passu to RealP2Pcrypto hold to Units in issue.

• NOTE: RealP2P accumulate funds – 13% to be distributed to syndicate members/1% GST and 1% stabilization funds – the balance can be distributed to any cause/any charity provided the charity holds a RealP2PCrypto (or denomination).

FregaPOSCrypto

• We release FregaPOSCrypto to manage the eCommerce/POS/Rewards/Specials data ...

A database of shareholders was compiled online at the time of the RealCoin warrant conversion and at this time, an opportunity was given for shares to be assigned to third parties. FOUNDATION CLUB/REALCOIN SHARES

The Foundation Club emails have been going out in batches of 3000 since last Friday and you should have received yours by now. If you have not received one, please check your spam folders and if you have still not received an email please send a message to This email address is being protected from spambots. SOMETHING2TRADE

Enquiry Items: The Enquiry items are no longer going through the Shopping Cart. The Programmers are currently working on the back end coding that sends the email out. These emails will start going out again early next week. In the meantime you may want to make your enquiry listings inactive until we have the email functionality back up.

As A Customer: Purchase History: Is currently under development.

Key Word Search: The functionality is now currently pulling through the Amazon listings with the eBay listings yet to be pulled through.

POS: Phase 1


You will now see that your RealStew contacts are being pulled through.

We have also started pulling through the Loyalty Points which will be able to be redeemed at the time of the POS transaction.

Frega Crypto Statements: These will start going up this week. Paddy will be putting more information up on the Forum regarding this over the next few days.

BUGS

COPY LINK –The Issue with The Plan link has now been addressed however, work still needs to be done on the Plan registration process as it brings the new Member to the Something2Trade website rather than to the Plan.

S2T

FREE ITEMS: We still have the issue with the FAQ's on the Donation Popup. In that there is no way back to the donation Popup once the Faq’s have been closed.

LISTED ITEMS: Listed items will show as an active listing, however we still have the issue whereby they will not show in the Store if the image is missing from Slot 1, so bear in mind if you edit an ad and remove any of the images, until we have the fix please make sure that the 1st slot is filled.

PREMIUM LISTINGS: Premium listings are not displaying as selected. An error message is appearing for all 3 listing types when selecting all 3 premium ad options. (For Sale, Free and Enquiry Listings)

FOUNDATION CLUB/REALCOIN SHARES

We have started resending the updated email out to the Foundation Club members, however considering the recent reports that some of the emails had not been received we have limited the amount we will be sending out daily into blocks of 3000.

SOMETHING2TRADE

Login: We have fixed the Login issue that had been reported by ipad users.

Store Url: The linking issue with the Store Url has now been addressed. Anyone that registers from your Logged in - As A Seller - S2TStore - Copy & Email Link- if not already linked will be linked to your store when they register.

Buyer/Seller communication: Last week we notified everyone that we had been working on the Buyer/Seller Communication, whereby the potential buyer could now “Ask the Seller a Question” and that the Seller could see the questions and respond from their As A Seller – Communication Tab. If you were experiencing any issues with this, Apologies. The Communication Tab was only showing on Admin Accounts and this has now been addressed.

As A Seller- Sales Management: You will see that we are now pulling through the sales totals for the last 24 and 48 hrs and the last 7,31 and 90 days. We still have more totals to pull through as well as the back end functionality that will allow the seller to complete the sales orders – Work in progress.

As A Customer: Purchase History: The sales items are pulling through. We are currently working on the back end functionality that will enable the customer to leave feedback on the Seller.

PREMIUM VIEW LISTINGS

• The Premium View listings are now showing in the Gallery.
• We are still working on the slot positions for the display.
• The Key Word functionality is not currently pulling through the eBay and Amazon listings.
• The premium listings can be set up when 1st creating the add or when you are on As a Seller-Product Management – Manage Listing. If you have not previously selected any special listing features and you go to save the changes the premium listing Popup will appear giving you another option to stand out from the crowd by selecting a premium listing option. We still have the back end coding to do for the charges and we also have the back end coding to do to make the adds intelligent in regards to how many views they have had and how old they are so that everyone gets an equal spread.

ENQUIRY FORM

We are working on an Enquiry Form so that The Enquiry items will no longer go through the Shopping cart.

POS Phase 1

We have now started pulling the data through from the Store Profile and the Sales Management and throughout the next few days you will start to see more and more of the functionality being pulled through.
This will be a very Simple tool to use at a very competitive price of 5 pounds a month with a ½ % Transaction fee. And ½% for Cash Backs. These prices will be highlighted on the FAQ’s.

FREGA

Statements: Deposit Funds

PayPal has changed their Payment page, so we have removed the ability to enter a $ amount on our form which forces the member to double check the amount that they are paying as previously it was too easy for a Member to make a mistake in the light of the fact that PayPal have now entered a Quantity Tab which in some instances has led to Members depositing more $ to their Account than they intended. Please make sure to check the Quantity before you continue with the transaction.

ICO- The ICO Whitepaper is in its final stages of proofing. Steve will be meeting Paddy in London on the 22nd Jan.

MOBILE FUNCTIONALITY

The Specs have been agreed to by both parties and we are now waiting for the developers to come back to us with a quote for the development costs.

BUGS

Hi Everyone

We have started presenting the Update a bit differently this week in the form of a Word Document that you will find attached. Thank you everyone for the positive feedback.

FOUNDATION CLUB/REALCOIN SHARES

We did say we would be resending the updated email out to the Foundation Club members this week, however we have been working on the preparation for the ICO Documents. Apologies we will have the updated wording for the emails early next week and will send them out then.

SOMETHING2TRADE

Copy Link
We have updated the message that displays on a shared “Copy Link” to say the item is no longer available if the item has already been purchased. Previously this was showing an error.

Gallery: We have updated the Copy link so that when an item is clicked on in the Gallery from a “LOGGED OUT” position and the Member Logs in the Link now Refreshes from a” LOGGED IN” Position . We were having an issue with the link refreshing.

We have fixed the issue where the item listed was displaying a price with 2 currencies. The currency displayed will be in the default currency of the Store (The default currency is set in the “Store Profile”).

We have been working on the Buyer/Seller Communication, whereby the potential buyer can now “Ask the Seller a Question”.

A Popup now comes up that advises the potential Customer that the message has been sent to the Seller.

•The Seller is sent an email advising them that a question has been asked on their listing
•The Seller can see the question and respond from their Communication Management
•The Potential Customer is advised by email when the Seller has answered their Question
•The Question and answer will now appear on the listing.
•The question will not be posted to the listing unless the Seller answers it.

We will be working on the As a Customer Communication this week whereby the Customer will be able to see an Archive of the questions and answers that they have/have not received in regard to certain listings.

Fixed the update listing duration time. It appeared as though it was updating but it wasn’t updating in the Database... Fixed now. Please check your listings.

We have Coded 1% success fee for all sale items and we have capped this @ 50 Pounds.

PREMIUM VIEW LISTINGS

In preparation for the Premium View listings we have changed the Gallery View, some of the images may need resizing. So please check your ads, because of the change in the layout some images may have to be reloaded.

FREGA

The Account Overdrawn Popup now links to the Frega Account to Top Up by PayPal.

MOBILE FUNCTIONALITY

As we mentioned last week we are in the advanced stages of communication with the Mobile Developers. Phase 1 which will focus on the Frega functionality.

BUGS

Please do not share the plan link. There is an issue with the linking. The programmers are yet to work on the fix for this. We will let you know when this has been addressed.

S2T

Free Items: We still have an issue with the FAQ's on the Donation Popup where you are no longer taken to a blank page however there is no way back to the donation Popup. We will be placing a “Donate” Now Tab on the Buyers Communication History. Option to go back later and make a donation.

Copy Link - Issue - when the link is shared - after clicking on the link a blank page appears.
The page needs to be manually refreshed for the content to display on the extended product page. We have narrowed the issue down and it is happening when the Copy link box is clicked and shared, copying and pasting the link does not bring up the error.
