Hi Rhonda, Paddy is in transit so i will answer for him.The link to come to the Forum is on the RealStew site so if they go to Login they will see the message to Join the Forum. We thought quite a lot about this and decided that this would be the easiest way to get members to the Forum and if they as Foundation Club Members were at all interested in what was happening , bare minimum they would go to RealStew.com and see the message with the link to come to the Forum.

Hi Paddy Forgive me if this has been explained before. I am wondering if all Foundation Club members know how to get to the Forum and can participate in Echovida and Frega now that the Real Stew sites have been moved to Azure. If they are unaware of the Zoom calls e.g. then they may be missing out.

I will chat to Aiden but I still believe we are dealing with a unique product and at the end of the day we set up the rules and overall I do not believe it is unreasonable

I thought that a forum was to provide a place for discussion and conversations that pertain to the topic. Thank God for the same old investors because we are the bread and butter of any business. We must learn to keep personalities out the business at hand and think more of the good of the company. I love the questions that are being asked and have learned a lot more and it doesn't matter who asks the questions, that is unimportant.[/quote]

Yes we are all parts of an engine that is fine tuning itself into the perfect motor for the job :)

Paddy - sorry but the brokerage cost we are discussing is the buying & selling cost only and not brokers managing your portfolio which is a totally different action and cost structure. Literally it's electronic change of ownership programmed to update records and move the appropriate funds. I would suggest talking to Aiden or have a light chat to a portfolio manger about costs in general just to get a better feeling about the potential acceptance

Must admit I get offerred new opportunities all the time... but setting sight on succsess without getting caught up in another shinny object is the challenge... ģood thing we have such senior members around like you oldies to keep us young
ones in line...

LOL persistence pays off in the end. winners never quit, and quitters never win. Yes there is always something new coming along the trick is to focus on what we are doing and keep going. Us oldies can't spend time chasing everything that comes along, the wisdom of age eh! LOL I've learned to enjoy the ride too and the anticipation and no matter what , the friends and lovely people I have met along the RS journey is making it all worthwhile. Hope you aren't getting waterlogged in Auckland, it's been raining non stop here since last night and no end in sight yet.

Deb Deb wrote: I have now done the same, Angela. As it is money sitting in Frega it only takes a couple of clicks and it is done. Easy enough and something everyone should do, I think.

The whole idea of us spreading what we have sitting in Frega doing nothing at the moment is to show a flow of money into the syndicates, and if we all used our frega money to help us along, I am all for it. We have to support RS and it is because it is the "same old crowd" leading the way, is the reason we have got this far. Because of the old faithful rear guard we will be propelled into the arena with a good start, showing confidence and we will be getting hundreds, thousands and millions joining us. The ball has to start rolling with someone and who better than those of us who have a wee bit of money already in frega , so let's start using it.

Success breeds success, so why not us early adopters get the ball rolling and show confidence and loyalty to our company?

Yes I agree it does appear high when compared to the standard brokerage. We are however not comparing apples to apples here. We have a totally unique market and many aspects to the trade. What brokers don't show in their brokerage fees are the portfolio fees they charge (2.5% of total value of portfolio each year plus % of profits with no expense for losses

It would be set to suit the members that have units in derivative syndicate I think. Best to keep it how it is.

Paddy - 6% total brokerage charge seems a bit higher than the normal brokerage cost. Trading securities online is very low with a minimum base cost. Perhaps worth a review as it will impact on listed share trades and investment portfolios later on when the business is growing very large.

So good to see that lots of Members are taking up the opportunity to invest in Syndicated Units ...as I posted in an earlier post, we will provide a secondary trading market for syndicated units where units can be traded. Trades will take place against the backdrop of actual syndicate returns and easy to calculate yields.

We have priced the initial placements at development cost prices and because we had limited probate figures to show what the actual returns will be but this is changing now as we mature the market and transactions are processed. Every Application will generate exceptional returns for syndicate partners and this will dramatically increase the capital/resale value of these units.

All trades of units will be traded on the Derivative Trading/Share Trading App and there will be the 3% buyer/ 3% seller brokerage charge with 10% of the fee shared with syndicate partners (Derivative).
