We have picked up on the Error.This happens when you Log Directly into Frega.We will work on this today.Tabbing to Frega from Echovida does bring up the Frega Rating as it should.

Hi Carol,We have picked up on the Error.Initially if the account has not been activated it needs to in order to bring up the Frega rating but there is a bug where the 999 displays when you Log directly into Frega and the Frega rating only appears when the page is refreshed.We will work on this today.Tabbing to Frega from Echovida does bring up the Frega Rating as it should.

A Payment FROM will be where you paid, for example, Carol from your 'Make a Payment' tab on the left ...Request a Payment function still needs a few days

The money TO was a Deposit into your Frega Account

In my Frega rating it says: You have not made a payment from your Frega Account in the last 30 days
You have not requested a payment to your Frega Account in the last 30 days What does this mean? I did put money in my
Frega account yesterday, is that not a payment TO my account? and I switched a number. Is that not a payment FROM my
account? Just trying to understand.
